The Flag LT1/LT4 boost-ready longblock is built to handle up to 1500 horsepower depending on configuration. The crankshaft, connecting rods, and pistons are fully forged. The shortblock is assembled with ACL tri-coated main and rod bearings, and coated camshaft bearings that have been hydraulically installed and burnished for perfect camshaft fitment. The longblock includes options for ported cylinder heads and engine dressings such as covers and harmonic balancer.

CP Carrillo 10.7cc dish forged pistons with .200 wall tool steel wrist pins

Mahle 1.5mm/1.5mm/3.0mm

Bearings:

ACL tri-coated main and rod bearings

Shortblock Options:

-1200hp LT1/LT4 with Summit Pro LS/LT connecting rods with ARP 2000 bolts and standard main bolts

-1500hp LT1/LT4 with Boostline I-Beam connecting rods with ARP 2000 bolts and ARP main studs with line hone.

Oil Pump Options:

-GM Camaro/Corvette Wet Sump Pump

-Katech LT1 Wet Sump Pump

Cylinder Head Options:

-GM LT1 cylinder heads with Flag spring kit (will need supercharger adapters)

-Flag 5-axis CNC ported LT heads with 5-angle valve job and drilled supercharger bolt holes (no adapters required)

Cover Options:

-Customer supplied oil pan and valve covers

-New OEM Camaro loaded oil pan and new OEM LT valve covers

Harmonic Balancer Options:

-GM OEM harmonic balancer with OEM crank bolt

-ATI Camaro spacing harmonic balancer with ARP crank bolt

Machining:

Torque Plate Hone, Surface Block (Deck), Balance Rotating Assembly, Final Clean, Hydraulic Cam Bearing Installation, Professional Longblock Assembly

Lifters:

Chevrolet Performance Lifters + GM Lifter Trays

Camshaft Options:

Rocker Arms:

LT rocker arms with CHE bronze trunnion kit

Springs:

Flag Motorsports spec dual spring kit with seals, locators, springs, retainers, and keepers

Engine Covers:

Engine comes standard with VVT delete front cover and timing kit and AFM/DOD delete valley cover with oil pressure fitting.

Misc:

LT4 head gaskets, ARP head studs, spec length .080 wall 3/8ths pushrods, new cam thrust plate, LT oil barbell, all new seals and gaskets in all covers.
