Darton Sleeved LT1 427 NA Shortblock

The Flag sleeved LT1 NA shortblock is professionally machined and hand built in house with Darton sleeves. We use seasoned GM LT1 blocks that are cut and sleeved on our 4 axis CNC machine before being honed to perfection on our Rottler H85A. The crankshaft, connecting rods, and pistons are fully forged with rotational mass and performance at the forefront. The shortblock is assembled with ACL tri-coated main and rod bearings, and coated camshaft bearings that have been hydraulically installed and burnished for perfect camshaft fitment.

We can work with a customer supplied core LT1 block, provided that it passes all inspections and does not have any damage. Alternatively, we can supply an LT1 block.
